1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content available on or through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our designated agent. Your notice must include, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): (i) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (ii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL, content ID, or other precise location of the material; (iii) your contact information, including name, company (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email; (iv) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (vi) your physical or electronic signature.
2. Submission of DMCA Notice

3. DMCA Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Notice, you may submit a counter-notice containing: (i) your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared; (iii) a statement that you have reviewed this Copyright Policy; (iv) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (v) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may inform the original complainant and restore the content within 10 business days, unless legal action is pending.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Prompt Org AI LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to our services or suspend or restrict the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. AI-Generated Content Clarification
Users are solely responsible for the content they generate, publish, or monetize using our services. Prompt Org AI LLC does not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted works and does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are free from potential infringement. Users should conduct their own due diligence before publishing or distributing AI-generated content.
6. Reservation of Rights
Prompt Org AI LLC retains all rights to pursue any available legal remedies against copyright infringers, including but not limited to injunctive relief and damages. We will not provide legal advice or representation to alleged infringers.
7. Changes to This Policy
